What do I need to participate?
You have a basic working understanding of agile principles and practices – or more of it. Experience designing and delivering workshops for teams, coaches, or managers.
What’s the goal of the workshop?
Apart from the ideas already mentioned, you will become a facilitator to play the game with others in only two days. We will play the game a few times, so you can experience it fully in all its variations, gain insights and penetrate the idea of the Agile Fluency Model. Take your own game set home afterwards – it’s included in the price!
Cost and timetable
The two-day workshop with a miximum number of 14 participants is 1.785 EUR (1.500 EUR net) per person. Be an early bird and save your 10% discount until 6 weeks before. The English speaking workshop will take place on
